Participation in Leading Scientific Events in India on Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development
From February 14 to 18, 2025, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Nina Poyda-Nosyk took part in a series of scientific events in India, organized with the support of the FATER Academy of India, dedicated to researching global challenges related to artificial intelligence and sustainable development.
Modern integration processes and global economic challenges, driven by rapid technological changes, create the need for interdisciplinary research. In this context, the Department of Accounting and Auditing is actively expanding its contacts and international cooperation to integrate the latest advancements into the educational process.
At the invitation of Amity University (Lucknow, India), Professor Poyda-Nosyk was the chief guest at the two-day International Seminar “Artificial Intelligence: Redefining Culture and Empowering Youth,” held on February 14–15, 2025. The seminar focused on interdisciplinary research that integrates artificial intelligence, culture, and youth development. Prof. Nina Poyda-Nosyk delivered a presentation titled “The Transformational Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Culture.” In her speech, alongside addressing the global impact of AI on culture, she highlighted Ukraine’s key achievements in implementing its digital transformation strategy.
The next scientific event took place at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (Kanpur), one of the largest universities in Asia and a major higher education institution in Uttar Pradesh, with over 120,000 students. With the support of the FATER Academy of India, the 29th FAI Conference on “Global Issues in Multidisciplinary Research for a Digital Future” was held from February 16 to 18, 2025. Prof. Nina Poyda-Nosyk participated in the main plenary session and delivered a keynote speech titled “Integrating Sustainable Financial and Risk Management: A Pathway to Global ESG Goals”.
These scientific events were part of the international internship program “Corporate Finance, Financial Security, and Digital Technologies in International Economics: Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainable Development,” which ran from January 13 to February 23, 2025, with a total duration of 180 hours (6 ECTS credits). FAI President, Prof. M. Premjit Singh, and FAI General Secretary, Prof. Pankaj Srivastava awarded certificates confirming the completion of the internship program to participants.
The initiatives implemented within these events will contribute to preparing a new generation of economists capable of working effectively in a dynamic global environment while addressing financial security challenges and global economic trends.
