Through practical exercises, tasks, and real-life examples, students gained the ability to confidently express their thoughts, feelings, and needs openly and respectfully. These acquired competencies will contribute to their career growth and help them reach professional heights, as assertiveness allows for successful decision-making and establishing personal boundaries while maintaining mutual respect.

During the course, students learned techniques for constructing clear and constructive dialogues, enabling them to express their thoughts and feelings without aggression and avoid conflicts.
