Professor of the Department of Accounting and Auditing represented the FR II THCHE at the International Symposium in Győr (Hungary)

On October 14-16, 2024, the 1st Sustainable Mobility and Transportation Symposium organized by the Audi Hungaria Faculty of Vehicle Engineering and the Vehicle Industry Research Center of Széchenyi István University was held in Győr, Hungary. The main goals of the event were dedicated to exploring the latest advancements and innovations in the field of automotive technology and transportation aiming to bring together experts from various domains to foster collaboration, share insights, and shape the future of mobility.

Professor from the Department of Accounting and Auditing Nina Poyda-Nosyk who had been invited by the Organizing Team, delivered a presentation titled “Strategic Trends in the Development of Ukraine’s Automotive Industry“. The key findings of this research represent joint academic achievements with Prof. Robert Bacho, which have been reflected in several academic publications, including a monograph published in 2023.

The conference brought together scientists and top managers from leading automotive companies from Hungary, Germany, the USA, the Netherlands and Italy to share their research and ideas. Each day of the conference began with a plenary session, during which renowned international experts in engineering, management, and social sciences delivered keynote speeches. The second part of the Symposium was organized into parallel thematic sessions. The working language for both the plenary and thematic sessions was English.
