Venice Commission’s Expert Opinion of the 2019 Law on Supporting the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language

Below you will find the opinion of the Venice Commission on the Ukrainian state language of 2019, i.e. the Law on Supporting the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language in Hungarian and Ukrainian translations as well as its original text in the English language. The Opinion was adopted by the Venice Commission at its 121^st Plenary Session on 6–7 December 2019, in Venice.
