A Professor of the Department of Accounting and Auditing took part in an International Conference in India

On February 7-8, 2024, Dr. Sci., Prof. Nina Poyda-Nosyk, as an invited speaker, took part in the 27th International FAI Conference “Emerging Trends of Computational Intelligence in Business Management and Entrepreneurship”. The venue for the conference was the Indian Institute of Technology Design and Manufacturing, an institution of National Importance and one of the co-organizers, located in Jabalpur, India.

The collaborative organizers of the conference included the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (Jabalpur, India), Mangalayatan University (Jabalpur, India), Metharath University (Thailand), and the FATER Academy of India (FAI).

Over 200 participants, whose abstracts are included in the conference proceedings, took part in the event. Presenters from Ukraine, Poland, Romania, the United States, India, and Thailand delivered their presentations during both the plenary session and four technical sections. The focus of the presentations was on innovative aspects and global trends in management development amid sustainable growth and digital transformation, within the context of Industry 4.0, the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth, the application of agile approaches in leadership, and more.

The Ukrainian delegation comprised of DSc. Prof. Nina Poyda-Nosyk (FR II THCHE), DSc. Nataliia Vdovenko (NUBiP, NULES), Prof. Pavlo Hryhoruk (KhNU), and Assoc. Prof. Svitlana Grygoruk (KhNU), presented Ukrainian-themed gifts, including embroidered shirts, to their Indian and Thai colleagues. An honorary award in the form of a badge was bestowed upon the General Secretary of FAI, Prof. Pankaj Srivastava, in recognition of his significant contribution to fostering strong scientific ties between Ukraine and India.

An intriguing aspect of the conference included an exploration of Indian culture and visits to historical monuments.
