Participation in Staff Mobility for Teaching Program within the EU’s Erasmus+
During June 20-24, 2022, teachers of the Accounting and Auditing Department have participated in mobility activities within the ERASMUS + program at the József Eötvös College, Baia (Hungary).
Meetings with teachers and researchers of the József Eötvös College allowed to get acquainted with the organization of the educational process, features of scientific work and teaching methods of financial, economic and accounting disciplines. Throughout the time of the meetings there were discussing recent topics of scientific research, ways for establishment of external integration relations, exchange of experience in accreditation and improvement of the educational process, as well as problems and innovations of teaching methods.
Within the framework of mobility agreement, a number of lectures were held on topical issues, namely: electronic document management in accounting, cloud technologies in economics, methods of financial reporting analysis, assessment of capital investment, methodological principles of financial management in supply chain economics, problems and prospects of Ukraine’s cooperation with international financial organizations, features of taxation of the IT industry, economic statistics measuring methods.
The results of Staff Mobility for Teaching Program were the acquisition of experience in mastering innovative technologies, forms, methods and teaching aids; gaining experience of practical work and professional activity; improving the efficiency of professional activities in the field of education, enriching experience in other known models of knowledge creation and dissemination.
Meetings with teachers and researchers of the József Eötvös College allowed to lay the foundation for expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in science and training of highly qualified specialists in economic fields.
